Prepaid Hotel Reservations
You acknowledge that Expolands pre-negotiates certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by Expolands and the facilitation fee retained by Expolands to compensate us for our services.
You authorize Expolands to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate discussed, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Expolands for the total reservation price.
Expolands does not act as co-vendors with the supplier. Tax amounts paid may vary depending on the rates and tax-ability in effect at the time of your hotel use.
Cancellation Policy
Expolands provides room accommodation reservation and online hotel booking services to you and your company at competitive rates because we reserve, hold, and pre-pay for rooms at the time of reservation.
Expolands will take every effort to adjust, change and seek our customer’s utmost satisfaction. Disclaimer — Taxes and hotel service fees will be added to your final bill.
Changes made prior to 10 days before check-in will not be assessed a fee. Cancellations after that will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total room accommodation cost.
Expolands reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at any time, at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
